We do our best to realize the transformation into pasta with the traditional Italian passion and experience, but it is thank to a particular method of drying at low temperature (max. 65 °C) for about 12 hours that we patiently obtain a high-quality product. The high fiber content of our pasta allows, in case of regular consumption combined with a healthy lifestyle, to reduce the absorption of sugars and fats in blood, improving your cholesterol, triglycerides and blood sugar levels. Last but not least, it's its lower content of carbohydrates and, therefore, fewer calories.
