Online sales contract
An online sales contract refers to a contract in which a customer purchases (online), goods and merchandise from a vendor. Such contract only refers to Internet technologies made available by the seller through its website www.strabuono.it
The commercial relations between Canopea Srl, owner of www.strabuono.it, and its customers, are governed by the following terms and conditions. These conditions may be modified by the vendor, but all changes will be effective only after being published on the above mentioned website and will refer to sales occurring from that moment onwards.
Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer
It is possible to pay by credit card - Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and American Express, PayPal or through bank transfer. All transactions will be safe, as the data transmitted is encrypted with SSL protocol. For Visa and Mastercard payments, we only accept Secure Electronic Commerce transactions (CES). After verifying that the credit card is accepted by the CES system, such system will contact the issuing bank in order to allow the purchase. Once the bank confirms the credit card’s authenticity, the sum will be charged; otherwise, it will be canceled.
For payments through bank transfer, orders will be processed only after bank confirmation of the payment.
Conclusion of the contract
Customers accept Canopea Srl’s sales proposal, by correctly filling in the order form and by giving online consensus to the purchase where required. At the end of the procedure, the customer who sends the order will receive via e-mail, a confirmation that the order was successfully sent and therefore received by the vendor: with this confirmation, the contract comes into effect but its effectiveness is conditional on the full payment of the goods, which must occur within 5 days from the contract’s conclusion.
Otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled and the goods made available will be freed.
Shipments throughout Italy are made by trustworthy couriers. Couriers do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and on national holidays.
After the bank notifies the payment for the order, this will be processed and the products delivered after 48 hours (up to a maximum of 10 working days). The delivery must not, in any case, exceed 30 days from the order’s date (pursuant to art. 6 of Legislative Decree 185/1999). In any case, no responsibility can be attributed to the courier for late or non-delivery due to force major or unforeseeable circumstances.
All prices available on the online store www.strabuono.it constitute an offer to the public pursuant to art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code and are VAT inclusive, according to the tax rates provided by the Italian laws. To the price of the products contained in the order, customers must always add shipping costs, except in case of promotions that will be clearly readable and identifiable.
In the expense summary and in any case before the final order confirmation, the customer can easily view product unit cost, transport costs and totals. Payments can be made through the procedures explained in the Payments section.
Once the online procedure is complete, the customer agrees to print and to save these general sale conditions which, however, he will already have seen and accepted, as a necessary step to complete product purchase, and the details of the purchased product/s. This in order to meet the conditions laid down in Art. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999. It is forbidden to insert false data in the registration process, as this data is necessary to proceed the order and for all communications. Therefore, the personal details and the e-mail address must be real personal data and not referred to third persons and / or invented.
Vendor’s Right of Withdrawal
Canopea Srl has the right to terminate the contract within 7 days from the conclusion of the agreement, by giving notice to the customer by e-mail, without having to state a particular reason or justification; in such case, the customer is only entitled to the refund of the amount already paid.
Jurisdiction and Venue
This contract, written in Italian, is subject to Italian jurisdiction. Even though it is not expressly provided, these terms and conditions, refer to the rules of the Italian Civil Code, to Legislative Decree 185/1999 and Legislative Decree 70/2003. The Court of Naples is competent, on an exclusive basis, for any dispute related to the application, execution, interpretation and breach of this online sales contract.

The cancellation of an order can be requested only by sending an e-mail to email@example.com without the specification of any particular reason, but only if the shipment has not already taken place. The order status can be monitored by the customer through the control panel. When the order status is "Shipped", the order can no longer be canceled.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Legislative Decree n.190 of August 19, 2005 implementing Directive 2002/65/CE related to the protection of consumers during distance contracts, the consumer has the right to cancel the purchase without penalty and without the need to specify reasons, within the term of 14 days from the day the purchased goods are received. The right can be exercised by sending, within the above time limit, a registered letter to the following address:

In the notice it is necessary to state the order confirmation number, the exact details of the products intended to be returned, even partially, the bank account details for the refund or, alternatively, the name and the exact address of the recipient in order to proceed with the accreditation by postal order.
In order to facilitate the satisfaction of your request, it is advisable to communicate the intention to avail of the right of withdrawal by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org).
In case of withdrawal, the goods purchased and already delivered must be returned by customers within 12 working days from the day the goods were received, at their own expense, in their complete integrity and in the original packaging.
The packaging of products to be returned must still be sealed and in its orgininal form.
After checking the returned products, their integrity and their packaging, we will reimburse the customer with the amount paid for the goods, within 30 days from having received the registered letter, but in any case not before receiving the returned goods.
Online sales is equalized to postal sales. For the sales to private users/consumers, it is not necessary to issue a fiscal receipt, as is tax burden of the seller to ensure the correct maintenance of the register of charges. Holders of VAT number are entitled to require the issue of the invoice, after communicating details via e-mail. All prices shown in our online store are VAT inclusive, according to the tax rates provided by the Italian laws.
